About you

You are an experienced Dive Instructor who is bold, adventurous and delivers excellent customer service. You have strong verbal communication skills and are a respectful team player. You enforce safe work processes and practices to maintain a safe and friendly work environment.

You will hold a PADI Dive Instructor qualification with current medical and dive insurance, as well as RSA and food handling certificates. Current First Aid, CPR, Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy, and photography experience are preferred.

We are seeking Dive Instructors to join us due to continued success and ongoing growth. You will work within a natural wonder, the Great Barrier Reef, in tropical paradise.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality dive instruction and customer experiences, upholding safety standards, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications
  • PADI Dive Instructor qualification
  • Current medical and dive insurance
  • RSA and food hygiene certificates
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy (preferred)
  • Photography experience (preferred)
