Job Title:

Patient Support Assistant

About the Role:
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in healthcare settings.
  • Assist with patient transfers and transportation using beds and wheelchairs.
  • Support nursing staff with patient care tasks to ensure optimal comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate respect and empathy when interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in healthcare environments to ensure a safe and healthy space.
  • Collaborate effectively with others to provide exceptional patient care and facility operations.
Requirements:
  • Australian work rights or permanent residency/citizenship.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate compassion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
