Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.


As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standard of customer and team culture. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.


The ideal candidate will possess 1+ years' experience working in a similar role and be available to work between Monday to Saturday. They should also be able to deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, maintain infection control standards, and provide exceptional patient care.


Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining our amazing customer and team culture
  • Preparing patients & facilities for dental treatment
  • Delivering quality chairside assistance to our dentists
  • Treatment coordination
  • Providing instrument sterilisation
  • Maintaining infection control standards and procedures
  • Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Providing high-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
