Our Perth team is nationally recognised for its pre-eminence in insurance law and advises on public, professional, product, and employers' liability claims, workers' compensation claims, employment practices liability claims, treatment liability (medical negligence), discrimination claims, defamation allegations, and sensitive claims.

  • You will have technical experience in WA with the streams of work in our client base;
  • You will understand and apply reserving philosophies in the insurance industry;
  • You will demonstrate proficiency in the interpretation and application of the Civil Liability Act, the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act, and common law of torts and contract;
  • You will explain complex issues to clients clearly and concisely;
