Leading the risk and compliance landscape of an organisation requires a forward-thinking approach, overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of risk management and compliance frameworks.

Risk Management and Compliance

We maintain, analyse and review the risk register to develop proactive solutions for emerging risks. We develop and implement appropriate risk reporting for senior executives and the Board Risk and Compliance Committee.

We identify and detect potential threats to brand reputation, financial sustainability, and operational efficiency to fully understand the Institute's risk exposure.

Our managers are assisted to understand and meet various compliance measures.

We develop and maintain robust risk management frameworks and foster a culture of accountability and integrity.

We have proven experience in risk and compliance management, preferably in complex or regulated environments.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities.

Proficient in risk management systems, compliance tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
