Job Title

Leading Home Care Team

As a dedicated and passionate professional, you will enjoy a challenge and take pride in delivering high-quality home care services to older Australians. This is a full-time ongoing position located in Geelong VIC, where you will work alongside the Regional Operations Manager and lead a dynamic team of Case Managers committed to excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or proven experience in business management;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the human services sector and achieving excellence in client services;
  • Detailed knowledge of program activities and work practices relevant to home care packages;
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience;
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and growing businesses;
  • Ability to create and implement strategies for growth;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of organisation policies and procedures;
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
  • Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate or willingness to obtain;
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless an excepted person as defined by the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions.
