About this role

We are seeking dedicated support workers to join our team in the Geelong area. As a support worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to individuals in their private homes with tasks such as community access, transportation, personal care, home help, and companionship.

This role is ideal for someone who has a person-centred approach and is passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily lives
  • Assist with tasks such as community access, transportation, personal care, and home help
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve client goals and outcomes

Requirements:

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Workers Screening Check clearance
  • Employment Working with Children's Check
  • National Police Check
  • First Aid (HLTAID003) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificate
  • COVID-19 vaccination or valid exclusion certificate
  • Certificate I - IV required, Victorian Driver's License also required

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate $32.25 - $45.57
  • Full-time, part-time, and casual roles available with 38 hours per week
  • Varied shift schedule including afternoon, day, evening, morning shifts, and weekend availability
