We are seeking a highly experienced Reliability and Maintenance Manager to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintenance of our beverage plant, which operates 24/7.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance reliability and maintenance functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues affecting production line performance.
- Manage site maintenance financials, including budget forecasting and cost control.
- Plan, manage, and deliver maintenance activities to meet business requirements.
- Communicate maintenance Asset Care KPIs to the maintenance team, addressing non-conformances in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a senior maintenance role, preferably in the beverage or FMCG supply chain industry.
- Tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline or relevant trade qualifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Regulatory and legal compliance knowledge, with understanding of implications for the business.
