The Challenge

We are seeking an experienced Content Lead to oversee the editorial direction of our magazine, ensuring high-quality content that meets the needs of our readers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage freelance contributors to deliver engaging articles and images within budget.
  • Source and edit content to align with the magazine's overall vision.
  • Fully control the editorial process, making decisions to maximize content value.
  • Work closely with the design team to support the magazine's design process.
  • Assess current publication practices and propose improvements for content quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to support revenue creation.

Your Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an editor or assistant editor role.
  • A strong background in magazine editing and content operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Enthusiasm about RV travel, lifestyle, and related content is advantageous.
