Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Content to join our dynamic team at News Corp Australia. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery of content projects.
  • Manage production schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director and Content Director to plan, coordinate, and execute content projects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, production plans, and reporting to ensure effective project management.
  • Provide excellent client support and ad-hoc assistance as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A high degree of attention-to-detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
