
Corporate Accommodation Representative

About Quest Woolloongabba, we deliver exceptional apartment-style accommodations for extended-stay corporate travelers. Our properties across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji are designed to meet the needs of busy professionals.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include managing reservations, handling front office duties, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries with a friendly and proactive approach.
We're looking for someone who demonstrates a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services, excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Previous front office reception experience in a hospitality or tourism environment would be highly regarded.
The ideal candidate must be available to work a range of shifts and have entitlements to work in Australia. We offer terrific working conditions, including provision of a corporate uniform and staff rates for leisure accommodation with Quest nationally.
