
Regional Travel and Accommodation Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage corporate travel and accommodation across high-volume flight activity, as well as company-wide travel service level agreements.
This role involves bringing technical expertise, problem-solving, and strong customer service skills to resolve issues and generate creative solutions benefiting internal and external clients.
The successful candidate will oversee the Travel and Accommodation bookings team, requiring a positive and engaging leadership style.
A background in remote sites travel and accommodation management is essential, with experience using systems to set up, identify, resolve, and create efficiencies for workforce management and bookings solutions.
The Regional Travel Manager will be responsible for internal and external client-based travel and accommodation systems, process roll-outs, continuous improvement, and ongoing training while overseeing the performance of the Travel Management business function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate travel and accommodation services
- Oversee the Travel and Accommodation bookings team
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Build relationships with clients at all levels
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with travel management systems
