Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for leading projects and delivering high-quality results.

Your primary focus will be on conceptual design, interdisciplinary integration, and effective communication with project teams and clients. You will work closely with other designers to create sustainable and impactful work through collaboration and idea-sharing.

In addition to your design skills, you will need to have strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and process innovation. You must also be able to produce, coordinate, and oversee presentation and contract deliverables.

Effective time and workload management is crucial in meeting project deadlines. Guiding and teaching less experienced staff is also an essential aspect of this role.

You will inspire and lead others by example, participate in staff mentoring and training, clearly define team member expectations, empower others, and delegate tasks based on recognized abilities and potential.

Collaboration with team members will be key in contributing to a clear and consistent work plan to achieve project goals. Actively engaging in internal professional development opportunities and contributing to sustainable strategies will also be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Licensed or professional licensure process close to completion
  • LEED accreditation preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric, and rendering software, and Adobe Suite
