Job Description

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering projects and programs within the operational work program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and manage projects and programs to meet operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide technical input on park operations.
  • Ensure effective financial management, including budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Horticulture or related discipline.
  • Experience in project and contract management, including tendering processes.
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management or relevant experience.
  • Interpreting and administering Australian Playground Standards (AS4685).

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $102,340 - $108,555 per annum.
  • Up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply).
  • Permanent full-time position with commute use of vehicle.
