Job Title: Park Operations Manager

This role will see you take on a key leadership position within our park operations team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our holiday park, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals.

You will work closely with the park manager to develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the park's facilities. A strong understanding of caravan park operations is essential, as well as the ability to maintain a safe working environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the park
  • Lead and drive the delivery of memorable customer experiences and manage member and guest reservations at the property
  • Liaise with local stakeholders, including council and industry bodies, to promote the park and its services
  • Manage the operations of onsite facilities, including maintenance and asset management

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, NewBook (or similar reservations system), Financial Software, Rostering Software, and SharePoint
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
