Job Summary
ALS is seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Support Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administration assistance and support for our mine site operations.
- Ensure effective coordination and support across all locations through regular travel between mine sites.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to deliver high-quality work products.
- Maintain a strong professional image and work well in a multi-skilled environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement in the workplace.
Requirements
- Previous relevant industry experience or equivalent would be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammatical ability.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain a strong organizational skillset.
- Strong professional image and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Committed to learning and eager to take on new challenges.
