Our organisation is dedicated to empowering carers across NSW and improving their quality of life. We achieve this through a range of activities, programs, training, and policy advice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a project to enhance the recognition, inclusion, and support of families and carers within the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) sector.

This involves developing and delivering high-quality resources and practice reviews to build workforce capacity. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, with experience in managing projects within the community, health, or AOD sectors. They should also have a solid understanding of evaluation methodologies and the ability to produce high-quality information and capacity building resources.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, health, social sciences, social work, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects within the community, health, or AOD sectors
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in applying, evaluation methodologies
  • Ability to produce, or oversee the development of, high-quality information and capacity building resources
  • Understanding of issues experienced by people living with AOD dependency and their families and carers
