The Placement Testing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of testing processes. This role involves coordinating all scheduled testing, overseeing staff performance, addressing issues, and contributing to project documentation and operational processes.
Responsibilities:- Organise and manage all testing events, preparing logistics, materials, staffing, and resources in advance.
- Provide exceptional client service, assisting school staff and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee staff performance, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Address performance issues and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of service.
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop and refine project documentation and operational processes.
- Relevant qualifications and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Advanced skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills, meeting strict deadlines and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and levels.
