Job Title: Test Lead

  • Develop and execute a Project Test Strategy, Test Approach and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Provide support and testing for projects and BAU initiatives
  • Plan, create test cases, execute tests and generate report artefacts

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry
  • 2-6 years of previous Release and/or Testing experience
  • 2+ years working within an Agile environment
  • 2+ years in a lead or coordinating role for Release and/or Testing activities in large scale project settings

Required technical competencies include:

  • Demonstrated understanding of testing frameworks, quality processes, business risk profiling and analysis
  • Demonstrated understanding of defect management and resolution processes
  • Demonstrated understanding of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)

You must be an Australian Permanent Resident or an Australian Citizen.
