- Develop and implement strategic frameworks to drive organisational direction and performance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging with senior leaders to develop forward-thinking strategies that align with organisational goals, while ensuring robust operational plans are in place.
Advice and Guidance:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management teams and staff on best practices in planning and reporting within Queensland Government frameworks.
- Represent the team on relevant issues related to planning and reporting both internally and externally as required by organisational priorities.
Relationship Building:
Build positive relationships with colleagues across divisions as well as external stakeholders by fostering effective networks, consulting widely, negotiating thoughtfully, and collaborating for shared success.
