We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to fill a critical role in our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps and Power BI dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain automated workflows, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and enhance existing solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
  • Document support procedures, configurations and known issues.
About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced support engineer with a track record of delivering high-quality results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Able to work creatively and think innovatively to solve complex technical problems, you will also be responsible for continually improving our clients' environments through evergreen practices and platform evolution.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Australian Government information assurance requirements, including the Information Security Manual (ISM) and Essential 8.
  • Experience being responsible for incident response coordination, investigation and remediation.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse and SharePoint integration.
  • Australian Citizenship is preferred.
