Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Clinical Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping clinician behaviors and enhancing patient care.

This position is responsible for developing and executing regional strategies to support global provider marketing goals and drive clinician behavior change across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with revenue and provider marketing leadership teams to develop and implement regional clinician marketing strategy.
  2. Drive thought leadership messaging by deeply understanding clinician audience attitudes and behaviors.
  3. Develop and execute clinician education initiatives aligned with regional commercial priorities.
  4. Support commercial marketing teams with top-of-funnel clinician messaging.
  5. Design and implement channel strategies to enhance message reach and drive behavior change.
Qualifications and Requirements

Essential:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  3. Ability to comprehend and analyze clinical research content.

Desirable:

  1. Direct experience in marketing to or managing education for clinicians.
  2. Strong analytical skills to evaluate different factors and understand current business trends.
