Sales Team Member

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Member to join our Internal Trade Sales team in our Qld head office at Ormeau. This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter orders, developing product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service to Trade customers.
- Liaise with manufacturing and despatch teams, as well as field trade sales team members.
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required.
- Strictly adhere to our critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.
About You
- Desirable – experience in the building or construction industry.
- An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships.
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
