Maritime Warfare Training Instructor

At our maritime warfare training facility, we provide simulator-based training to Navy Officers in navigation and warfare using cutting-edge technology.

This is a high-level role that requires the ability to operate complex simulators and work collaboratively with RAN staff to deliver realistic scenario-based training. The successful candidate will have a strong military background and be able to gain and maintain a defence security clearance of NV1 - SECRET or above.

The training program meets the unique needs of military operations and has been developed in consultation with the Royal Australian Navy's Bridge Training Faculty. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who can take on this challenging role and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate simulators to deliver realistic scenario-based training to Navy Officers
  • Work collaboratively with RAN staff to design and deliver training programs
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of maritime warfare and navigation
Requirements:
  • A strong military background with experience in maritime warfare and navigation
  • Ability to gain and maintain a defence security clearance of NV1 - SECRET or above
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
