Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of bar staff to provide a high-quality service to customers
- Ensure the bar area is well-maintained and meets health and safety standards
- Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with other event staff to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements:
- Valid RSA certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in a hospitality management role
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Available to work all event days (25th, 26th, and 27th October)
