State Manager QLD/SA

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven leader to spearhead our Sales Leadership Team in the role of State Manager. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in transforming the way Australians experience hearing care.

The successful State Manager will lead and mentor Regional Business Managers, driving effective delivery of commercial goals and championing change through customer-centricity and operational excellence.

  • Strategize sales performance by implementing robust sales plans.
  • Optimize in-clinic efficiencies via prioritization and leadership.
  • Develop people management skills, fostering alignment, clarity, recognition, and performance among team members.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director Retail ANZ, this role demands a strong track record in commercial acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and demonstrated sales leadership experience.
