Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to direct and manage the activities of our Facilities Maintenance Group.

The Role
  • Coordinate, supervise, and manage trades personnel ensuring high-quality support services.
  • Maintain buildings & grounds preventive and corrective maintenance work schedules.
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules in computerized systems.
  • Assist in coordination, supervision, and management of day-to-day activities of contractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary degree in an engineering discipline or trade background with sub-professional qualifications.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or maintenance of buildings and grounds.
  • Awareness of quality and hygiene requirements in pharmaceutical settings.
  • Sound knowledge of management principles as applied to site facility maintenance and service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Direct and manage the activities of the Facilities Maintenance Group.
  2. Ensure buildings & grounds preventive and corrective maintenance work is performed.
  3. Manage preventive maintenance schedules in computerized systems.
  4. Assist in coordination, supervision, and management of day-to-day activities of contractors.
