Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Real Estate Finance Executive to lead a team of professionals in investment analysis and transaction management.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and negotiating terms for complex credit investments, as well as managing deal leadership and project coordination. They will also assist with the preparation of transaction review and investment committee papers, and ensure accuracy in transaction modelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Analysts & Associates in investment analysis and transaction management.
- Structure and negotiate terms for subordinated credit and complex credit investments.
- Project management and deal leadership in the execution and analysis of investments.
- Assist with the presentation of transaction proposals to the investment committee.
- Assist or lead documentation review and negotiation.
- Oversee and provide the management of the drawdown process for investments.
- Delivery and ongoing review and management of investment business plans.
- Manage external stakeholder relationships throughout the deal life cycle.
- Ensure delivery of all fund, investor and transaction reporting on time and to the requisite assessment standard.
