Job Title: Precision Marketing Director

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on performance marketing and delivering measurable results.

  • Build strong client relationships and develop strategic plans that enhance revenue and brand equity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing digital accounts, with a proven track record of achieving return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), or revenue targets. They should also possess expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and at least one of TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or retail media networks.

Apart from technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Manage digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Present and sell strategic and creative concepts to clients.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years managing digital accounts in an agency setting, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven success in achieving ROAS, CPA, or revenue targets.
  • Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and at least one of TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or retail media networks.
  • Ability to interpret analytics platforms like GA4 and Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of creative optimization, offer strategies, and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication skills with both senior executives and technical teams.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Awareness of platform updates, privacy issues, AI, and automation tools.
