">Your Role:
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults with disabilities within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, supporting clients, families, and carers to achieve their goals.
  • Conduct assessments and implement tailored intervention strategies.
  • Provide therapy across various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth.

Salary Packaging includes:

External PD Allowance: $1000 + 10 days paid professional development leave

Supervision: Fortnightly or monthly 1:1 supervision with a senior Speech Therapist with 6+ years of experience.

Peer Support: Fortnightly team meetings to discuss complex cases and support caseload management.
