Paediatric Speech Pathologist Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paediatric Speech Pathologist to take on a challenging role within a national allied health provider.

Your Role:
  • You will deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy to children and adults with disabilities as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • You will manage a diverse caseload, supporting clients, families, and carers to achieve their goals.
  • You will conduct assessments and implement tailored intervention strategies.
  • You will provide therapy across various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Paediatric Caseload based in clinic and out in the community.
  • Fortnightly Supervision, Opportunities to take on leadership roles.
Benefits:
  • Salaries starting at $90,000 - $122,000 + Salary Packaging + NFP Benefits.
  • Manageable KPIs: Gradually increase your caseload to 25 billable hours a week.
  • Work Flexibility: Option to work a 9-day fortnight and choose your start and finish times.
  • Additional Leave Benefits: 5 Weeks Annual Leave & 14 Weeks Maternity Leave.
  • External PD Allowance: $1000 + 10 days paid professional development leave.
  • Supervision: Fortnightly or monthly 1:1 supervision with a senior Speech Pathologist with 6+ years of experience.
  • Peer Support: Fortnightly team meetings to discuss complex cases and support caseload management.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • SPA membership.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle.
