Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at BDP International. As a key member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue in the Oceania region.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and farm for new business opportunities in the Oceania region, including Australia and New Zealand.
- Focus on securing profitable contracts and agreements for the company.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of new prospects through Salesforce CRM.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition of BDP International's services.
- Negotiate contracts and provide pricing support to customers.
- Understand and promote the company's products and services, including PSA BDP.
- Travel as required to meet with customers and prospects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, and value-added solutions in logistics.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
