**What WE Expect**:
Reporting directly to the Business Director, as a Business Development Executive your primary role is to increase our client base of B2B customers that strategically fit the VIEWTRACK business profile.
**Key responsibilities consist of, however, are not limited to**:
- Actively promote the company’s services to potential strategic customers.
- Act as the management interface between the respective new/existing customers and VIEWTRACK Operational management personnel during the onboarding and maintenance period.
- Develop new relationships, and present and secure new businesses/sales.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer base through proactive account management.
- Preparing sales reports regularly with a full but short presentation
- Successfully meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Proactive meet and/or call to existing and prospective customers to generate sales activity.
- Preparing and submitting regular market intelligence, tender activities, and competitor activity reports

- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of MS Office software, i.e., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- CRM & KPI focused.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel
- A positive “can-do” attitude.
- System and Product training will be provided
