We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef/Cook to join our team at CH on Peel Pty Ltd, a leading hospitality group in North West NSW. Our operations include a range of restaurants, bars, and function centers, offering a diverse and exciting work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating our kitchens, meeting KPI targets, and contributing to the development of our culinary team. Key duties will include:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet customer expectations
  • Assisting with menu planning and development
  • Training and mentoring junior staff members
  • Ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety standards are maintained
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service
