Job Description

As a Trainee Educator, you will be dedicated to providing high-quality education and care to young children. Your role will involve working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators to deliver a comprehensive education program.

You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunisation against COVID-19 - three doses
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella & Whooping Cough (Pertussis) or willing to obtain
