This is a challenging role that requires an individual to oversee the daily site operations for earthworks and pavements packages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing QA processes, ITPs, and technical documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily site operations for earthworks and pavements packages
  • Manage quality assurance processes, inspection test plans, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor safety, quality, and progress to meet project milestones and objectives
  • Provide technical support to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Prior experience working on major road infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in earthworks and/or pavement construction
  • Proven ability to manage quality assurance and site coordination
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to the project term
