Job Title: Client Liaison Specialist

 About the Role

The Client Liaison Specialist is a vital position within our organization, serving as an extension of our clients C-Suite. This individual will work across various industries, assisting organizations in developing and executing their ICT and digital strategies.

This role demands a high level of client attention and support via various communication methods. The Client Liaison Specialist will operate as an extension of our clients, delivering exceptional outcomes that benefit both their business and ours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, present, and sell a compelling value proposition to drive business growth.
  • Propose actions to improve company performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Document the full value proposition lifecycle, from business case to training and handover materials.
  • Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with C-level stakeholders and Boards to enable capability uplift, design, and delivery of ICT Strategic Plans, Enterprise Architecture, Business Transformation strategies, and Business Case presentations.
  • Manage a full-life cycle partner process, leveraging internal resources effectively.
  • Support, review processes, provide feedback, and identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Ensure performance improvement plans are developed and implemented when necessary.
  • Maintain deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
  • Develop a plan to proactively secure timely contract renewals.
  • Meet business growth goals and objectives as established.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer engineering, or finance.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation abilities to drive business growth.
  • Ability to manage RFP/RFI processes effectively.
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.
  • Comfortable with ICT Governance and Management best practice frameworks.
  • Program/PMO and change management experience.
  • Proven success in client account/service delivery management and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated competency across the technology stack – Infrastructure | Cyber | Cloud & SaaS | Data Integration & Insights.
  • Strong understanding of key technology trends, innovations, and practical applications.
  • Familiar with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Cloud Technology.
