As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be the expert at intervention, empowering clients to take control of their own story. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify hurdles and develop safe and sustainable recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying and addressing barriers to return to work
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing expertise
  • Contributing to the evolution of our services through Centres of Excellence

Day-to-day this may include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and case management
  • Traveling to clients and working from home or office bases
  • Delivering vocational rehabilitation services and supporting clients' physical, social, mental, and financial wellbeing

What you need:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist
  • Registration or ability to acquire registration with AHPRA or ESSA accreditation
  • Passion for changing lives and making a difference
