Academic Support Liaison

The Student Support Associate is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for students, staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities include managing reception inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating referrals to support student welfare.
In addition, this role will involve responding to student consultations, providing sensitive and confidential support as needed, and promoting a culture of care on campus.
Collaboration with academic staff, arrangement of meeting spaces and refreshments, and maintenance of student contacts are also essential duties of the position.
The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary qualification in counselling, education or social work, with proven experience in providing personal support services within an educational context.
