Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Palliative Care Professional to lead and deliver specialist palliative care services across our region. This is a meaningful opportunity for a dedicated clinician to make a lasting impact in the lives of patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals at various stages of life-limiting illness, across inpatient, outpatient, community and hospice settings.
- Develop and implement multidisciplinary care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals and mentoring junior clinicians while contributing to service development.
- Approach each interaction with a person-centred focus, respecting dignity, empathy, and innovation in end-of-life care.
- Demonstrates compassion, engaging with others and exhibiting empathy, kindness, support, and understanding.
- Exhibits integrity, being open, honest, approachable, equitable, and consistent in their work.
