Job Overview: As a Warehouse Officer, you will play a pivotal role in organizing our advertising poster stock, ensuring system information is up-to-date and accurately reflects poster stock levels.

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have exposure to stock control or administration tasks, possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, and hold a current and valid Australian Driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Information Management: Ensure system information is updated regularly to reflect accurate poster stock levels.
  • Best Practices Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and document best business practices for poster receipt and despatch.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships with suppliers, internal and external customers, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Inventory Control Experience: Exposure to stock control or experience in administration tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Initiative and Self-Motivation: A self-starter with initiative to improve current processes.
  • Computer Skills: Demonstrated and competent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Licensing: A current and valid Australian Driver's license and LF license is preferable.
