**Job Overview**:
As an Inventory Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage our steel product inventory. This role involves maintaining inventory records, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Order Fulfillment: Work with different departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Receiving and Inspecting: Oversee the receiving process and ensure proper documentation.
Stock Rotation: Implement inventory rotation practices to minimize waste.
Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality.
Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers about order updates and lead times.
Documentation: Keep records of inventory transactions and update inventory software.
Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant work experience or a related degree.
Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
