The Opportunity

We're seeking vibrant and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our Signature Restaurant team. As a knowledgeable Food and Beverage Service Expert, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, balancing elegance with effortless charm. Your passion for food, wine, and service will shine through in every interaction.

About You

  • You'll have 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a genuine interest in beer, wine, cocktails, and all things food.
  • You'll possess a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • You'll hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and have full working rights in Australia.
  • You'll be flexible, with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
