Job Title: Teacher And Leader Of Learning Enhancement

This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

  • As a teacher and leader, you will play a vital role in enhancing learning outcomes for students with specific needs.
About You:

We are seeking an individual who possesses a deep understanding of differentiated instruction, effective pedagogical teaching, and assessment strategies. If you have a passion for special and individual education, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in learning enhancement, be qualified in this area, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also demonstrate a high regard for student wellbeing and be committed to participating effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with other leaders to develop personalised pathways for students with specific learning requirements.
  • Identify and review modifications and adjustments that students require, and oversee the process of applications for exam provisions.
  • Mentor and coach teachers on differentiation within the classroom, and lead a small team of teachers specialising in this area.
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of individual educational plans, including data registration for NCCD, and coordinate and record student and parent conferences.
