Job Title: Accelerated Sales Engagement Specialist

This role is responsible for driving business growth through transformative sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate cloud revenue growth
  • Build and accelerate a healthy R4Q pipeline
  • Increase deal velocity
  • Growing SAP's strategic footprint in industries with ideal customers
  • Position the value of innovations
  • Understand and focus on customer business goals
  • Articulate solution value to customers
  • Bring domain expertise to accelerate and expand transformative sales motions
  • Drive continued customer success
  • Support renewals and expansions

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of professional work experience in a Client Management role
  • Results-driven approach
  • Excellent conceptual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and influencing skills at C-Level
  • Team-oriented with ability to build strong relationships
  • Understanding of IT challenges and opportunities at an operational level
  • Developed, communicated, and delivered large-scale transformation road maps and business cases and programs
  • Ability to communicate such roadmaps, plans, and programs to C-level Stakeholders
  • Conceptual translation of strategic business requirements into business capabilities
  • Creation and communication of the unique value proposition of an Eco-System client proposal
  • Takes a Customer Lifecycle lens to the transformational journey
  • Successful identification, engagement, and management of key client stakeholders and creation of necessary Governance structure for proactive management across the customer
  • Successful engagement in a matrix Value Account Team environment, across Sales and Services and Eco-system
  • Acts as a Thought Leader and Transformation Coach
  • Holds a Bachelor equivalent degree
