About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Sales Consultant to join our team at David Jones Westlakes Store.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation across our three brands: Sportscraft, SABA, and JAG.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
  • A passion for fashion and a natural ability to style and advise customers on the latest trends
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Impeccable personal presentation with a focus on maintaining a professional image
Responsibilities

As a Fashion Sales Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless transactions
  • Meeting sales targets and consistently striving to improve sales performance
  • Developing product knowledge and staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends
  • Contributing to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image
