Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to families and maintaining open communication channels;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from Queensland; and
