Job Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Osborne. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to children aged 0-5 years, while promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Education Program Delivery: Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and challenging educational programs that meet the unique needs and interests of each child.
- Child Supervision: Provide direct supervision and care to children at all times, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Safety and Inclusivity: Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff, adhering to Goodstart's policies and procedures.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and open communication.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- A Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification;
- Experience working with young children in an early childhood setting;
- A valid Working With Children Check;
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
