Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Osborne. As an integral part of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children and helping them achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to our children, with a focus on inclusivity and safety. You will work closely with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to children with special needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive environment
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You must also hold a current South Australian Working with Children Check.
