About the Role:

Gough Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a portfolio of 190 properties in the Hills District. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 190 properties, ensuring timely rent collection, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular rent and lease reviews to ensure optimal rental income and minimize vacancies.
  • Work closely with our Leasing Consultant and Administrator to ensure seamless support and excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Previous property management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • A current Certificate of Registration.
  • Own car and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A motivated and self-driven individual who can work well in a team environment.
